SARV’s precisiely manufactured Tyre & Tube Spotter Machine for curing injuries on the Tread , Shoulder and Sidewall of the tyres and tubes. Saves the cost of buying a new tire!
The machine uses temperature(heating) to cure vulcanising patches with inner tyre/tube lining to seal the injury.
Made from high quality steel frame for sturdy operation and longetivity. All heating heads are made from high qality aluminium.
A must have machine for Tire Repair Workshops with heavy duty repair work load , handling Passenger Car, LCV , Truck/ Bus and other Commercial Vehicle.
Comes without stand can be mounted on any work bench.
Fully rotational C frame in every direction to accomodate various tyre sizes and cure all horizontal and vertical tyre repairs.
Thermostatically Controlled – Maintains an automatic constant temperature for vulcanisation
All curings heads can also be used simultaneously for maximum repair.
Supplied with 5 contoured inner and outer heating heads and Insulated heat mats to ensure the heat insulation effect is good, and the pressing is more tight.
